After listening to some tunes online today, I got curious, and did some digging and discovered two instruments I never knew about.

The Rhodes piano was a favorite of Herbie Hancock, and the Clavinet is the keyboard on many of the old "funk" records back in the 80's.

I just started reading "Fuzzy Nation" and I'm really enjoying it.

It's just different enough from the original book to worth reading.
"Fuzzy Nation" is an authorized "reboot" of one of my favorite books, "Little Fuzzy", and that original H Beam Piper book is available for free On Project Gutenberg at http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/18137
Now if someone would just consider making a movie of it.... ;)
